Question about the movie "Untraceable"?

Could someone explain the ending, because I didn't get it? Thanks

A. well u see the guy in the video who killed him self .. "RUSH HOUR suicide" that guy was the hacker father.. all the people whom he killed were makin fun of his father death.. the news reporter and the other guy who sold his father glasses on ebay... at the end the woman killed him.. YAAAAAA another happy ending i guess?

A. I was really confused on the ending too. I guess it all had to relate to the father. I hate when they take outstanding actresses, and put them in bad movies.

A. well he took diane lane into her own basement and she very easlily escaped his little trap. then somehow took his gun and shot him. it was a terrible ending to an ok movie. it was just way to easy for her to get free.

A. Ugh, this is not what hawk31 was talking about.. some of you guys are about as dense as cement Anyways I'm unsure of the ending as well, thats why I googled it and came across this page. Yes everything has to do with his father. Everyone connected with his fathers death was killed and so were the people who were involved with his investigation. I think the question is at the end. After the investigator shoots him to death, it goes to the computer screen and it reads something like 34,000 threads open. Thats what this kid is probably wondering, as am I.
