Discussion The Incredible Hulk?

In the movie 'Hulk,' why did they never say "Incredible Hulk" in the movie?

I can only suspect some kind of licensing or royalties issue? In fact, I don't think they even said the word 'hulk' in the entire movie - correct me if I'm wrong. They called him a 'hulking giant' once, but otherwise referred to him as 'angry man'.

I dont know, but they are making a new one though, and it is going to be called 'The Incredible Hulk'. Edward Norton is in it.
