Predictions for the best future comic book movies? Iron Man? Watchmen? The Dark Knight? The Incredible Hulk?

Best AnswerI think Iron man has the potential to be one of the best comic book movies ever. Great cast w/ lots of awards amongst them. Watchmen I've heard nothing but good things. If it's half as good as some web sites and critics are saying, then it's going to be great. The Dark Knight will be hard pressed to do better than Batman Begins but it's stellar cast and "Dark" element helps alot to improving on the original. The Incredible Hulk I'm really excited about. Ed Norton as Bruce Banner, Tim Roth as the Abomination, and Marvel studios trying to makeup for the disaster of the first film. High hopes to say the least for these upcoming comic book movies. It will be a great 2008 for comic fans.

A. The Dark Knight because he seems the most interesting with a cool storyline to backhim up, just like fantastic 4, hollywood will always bring some twists so it's a good competetition here, but i think the dark knight as well!

A. Iron Man should be a good franchise, Samuel L Jackson has been added to play Nick Fury. So they are going to have three Oscar nominated men in the top roles.
I think the Watchmen is too long of a book to be a single movie. It would be a much better cable miniseries.
Batman is going to be a great sequel
As for the Hulk, I hated the first one too much to have any expectations for a different one. I mean, he fought a gamma irradiated poodle and two other dogs.

A. Personally, I think "Powers" has the potential to be made into an awesome film and/or series, if they could cast it well...but there have been rumors for years about Sony Productions making it a movie and nothing so far :(

A. Based on the comics themselves, I think the Watchmen is going to be really good. It was popular when it came out, but has kind of gone by the wayside. They aren't as well known as Spiderman, Iron Man, or Batman, but I think you will see that this is going to be a really well done movie. Overall though, The Dark Knight looks Awesome! Heath Ledger is playing Joker and he isn't going to be the Jack Nicholson Joker, but a truly insane scarry person that Batman will truly be tested by.
A. If they don't let Ang Lee anywhere near it, the Hulk still has the best potential.
