A. I saw the original Japanese version. If the remake is anything like that version, I wouldn't take a 12 year old. Too scary, and sort of gruesome in parts. (Of course, the remake might be different...) Here's the website for the film: http://www.theeyethefilm.com/

A. well if the 12 year old are easily scared and dont like gory images dont let them watch it. im 13 and i saw it on friday..and honestly im scared easily and i had my eyes covered practically half the movie. the images are gory, and the sounds is what really frightened me. the movie itself is not so scary, if there was no sound at all, it wouldnt be scary, but since there is sound, its very suspenseful and scary. the sounds get very loud and can scary the living day lights out of ya. honestly on the night i saw the movie..( friday night), i didnt want to go to sleep without some type of light on..

A. i saw this movie last night i easy get scary i like cover my eyes i like in most parts of the movie and it very scary and thay pobbley wont get the stroy becuse i like got the whole story and it was pertty scary for me and im 19 it more of a teenage movie that have some pertty gore images i like thay this one part where this girl walks in to her cook room and she like opens the over and her face get burn off in her nightmare so i dont think you should you take a 12 kid to this movie becusie it be to scary and the other y not is this boy that keep ask her have you see my report card and later you find out htat the boy dead so i dont think a 12 kid will not like this movie at all
