Discussion Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants?

Q
the sisterhood of the traveling pants (movie vs. book)?
what are the differences between the movie and the book? i know that Lena's story was very different
A
Best Answer
Lena's story was in fact very different. In the book, she had a sister, Effie, who did not appear in the movie. She and Kostos were forced together in the book but separated in the movie. Also, in the movie, Bailey and Tibby become friends when Bailey drops off the pants at Tibby's house and Tibby returns her wallet. In the book, Tibby goes on the ambulance after Bailey. At the end of the book, the four girls did not go to the wedding. Lena flew out to Mexico upon arriving home from Greece to meet Bridget. I hope I helped.
