Discussion Management?

Q
Anger management the movie...?
just curious....i watched the movie anger management last night and i got to thinking that adam sandler's character doesn't really have an anger problem. in your opinion, what types of psychological disorders do you think adam sandler's character really has?
A

I don't really think his character has any kind of disorder. The irony lies in that, even though he always tries to remain calm, people around him keep acting like he's got an anger management issue. That is what I think made this movie so funny. One of my favorites scenes is when Jack Nicholson takes a golf club out of the trunk, changes his mind and uses a baseball bat instead to hammer the Lexus parked behind his car in the parking lot. Jack was making fun of himself. Remember the time he was taken downtown for putting one of his golf clubs through the windshield of the Lexus behind him, whose driver was being a jerk?? Wouldn't that be funny if Jack's sentence was to star in a movie about anger management??

A. He does have an anger problem. He's just inverting it. If he doesn't handle it, it's going to explode into sudden and deadly violence. That's what's up.
