Inkheart Movie & Trilogy??
Does anyone know about the movie Inkheart?? don't know anything about it! Dates would be great too, and does any one know about the third book?? What is it called? Help.

Best AnswerThe movie of the first book, Inkheart, is in production with a 2008 release date. Great cast too--Brendan Fraser, Jim Broadbent, Andy (Gollum) Serkis, Paul Bettany, and Helen Mirren, cool!

As for the third book, judging from the listings on Amazon and the dates of publication, it looks like Ms. Funke has been concentrating on books for younger readers recently,with her Ghost Hunters series. Here's a link for all her listings at Amazon:

No listing for an upcoming 3rd Ink- book so it's more than a few months off. The only indication on the Scholastic Cornelia Funke site is that the third book is called Inkdawn and is still being written.
