Ok, Something have driven me crazy lately, it's argueing about Miley lypsync or not, well, HERE'S THE TRUTH; In music video's all stars Lypsync, Miley as Miley or Miley as Hannah Doesn't lypsync at concert's and stuff. In this video, they turned her mic on when she did the talking part, if you listen closely to this talking version, and the album version, you hear that the album version of her talking is slower!
Though i'd just clear some things up.
