Cloverfield movie?

Okay. So. I did'nt go to see Cloverfield on its first showing; my question is; did they even get to show the monster at all? Is it worth to still go to see?

Yes, they show the monster and yes, go see it! People have their reasons why they hate it, but they all hate it for the same reasons. I suggest seeing it with no expectations at all. It's a good movie!

A. if u have extra money and have nothing to do and want to get dizzy and throw up...go ahead.. There is no full scene what is the monster looks like don't get fooled....only the head of the monster and once those guy died the movie end and the monster still alive and the most important things is the producer laughing at u guys to watch this stupid no ending movie....if u put some monster in the movie then we expect the monster have to die...not bunch of teenager running around with shaking camera...

A. Yes, they reveal the monster in it's full entireity several times in the movie. Anyone who says otherwise wasn't watching the same movie. They reveal the monster in a very "Jaws like fashion" ... you get to see a little bit more and more as the movie progresses until you see the whole thing. The girl I went with got nauseous because of the jerky camera motion, but I was fine. I liked it, I'm actually planning to go see it again because there was some stuff I missed the first time around. This is a "realistic" movie, not in the sense that this could really happen, but that the characters react in the way you would expect them to if they were real people actually thrown into this situation and the ultimate outcome of the movie is logical. There's no rosy, happy, let's all hold hands and sing kum bay yah ending where everyone survives and the bad guy dies. I know everyone has their own opinions, but in my opinion it's a good movie and worth seeing at least once. If you're susceptible to motion sickness I still recommend seeing this movie if you can handle it in the theaters, and if not get it on DVD because you should'n't have the same motion sickness issues in your well lit living room :)
