Blindness

Julianne Moore and Mark Ruffalo star in this thought-provoking film based on the 1995 novel of the same name. When a city is struck with an unexplained mass epidemic of blindness, a doctor (Ruffalo) and his wife (Moore) struggle to survive and escape from the town as it collapses under devastating chaos. Gael GarcíBernal, Danny Glover, and Sandra Oh also star. The film is scheduled to open August 8, 2008.
