A. Devin is a boy's name. Many people will assume that Devyn is too. Why would you want to handicap your daughter that way? If you do go ahead and name her either one, rest assured that as soon as she gets to school, she will choose to call herself Rachel, a beautiful and much more normal name, and the Zoe or Devyn will be dropped like a hot potato.
