A. It depends on what country are you in... He's famous in the U.S, but you said that he isn't very famous in Italy maybe because (1) most people in italy prefer singers from european countries based on the sounds (2) many older people in european prefer operas instead of the music that you hear ( in this case, which might be Nick Lachey's music).... It doesn't matter whether he's famous or not as long as you like his songs... After all, it really depends on person's taste...
