A. Ciara Mackenzie sounds the best. Noelle doesnt work well with alor of first names because it over powers them,. in this case, it over powers Ciara and just sounds plain weird. Ciara Camryn is too muc of the same "c" sound and I guess Ciara Grace is ok...but I dont like the modern sounding Ciara with the old fashion sounding Grace.
btw..I really like Ciara Mackenzie...has a really nice sound to it...nice choice!
