The Austin born, Atlanta bred soulstress got her start with fun dance hits Goodies, 1 2 Step and Oh. It wasn`t long before Ciara was commanding the attention of industry icons Missy Elliot and Ludacris. Soon she became something of Elliot protégé and won her first Grammy for the work she did on Elliot`s Loose Control. Her second album, Ciara: The Evolution, produced Promise and Like A Boy, two steamier songs that show she has truly evolved. Ciara briefly dated rapper Bow Wow.
