A. i agree with the ansa above, even if she does come back shell be nowhere as good as hingis and it would b doubtful that shell even make an impact on the WTA tour.

A. No, I doubt it. Anna Kournikova is no longer in competitive shape. She has said time and time again in press releases and interviews that she doesn't plan on coming back. Anna Kournikova is perhaps one of the most underrated tennis players in history, plagued by numerous back and foot injuries. She was always better on the doubles court than singles, but even still she's not in competitive shape to compete on the professional WTA tour. Although Hingis still plays doubles every now and then, she has been focusing on her singles career, just recently taking the Tier 1 tournament title in Tokyo. Kournikova on the other hand, has been busying herself with charity events and becoming some fitness columnist for Elle magazine. She has lost both muscle mass and only plays recreationally. A professional circuit would be way too demanding on her current physical condition. I'm a diehard Anna fan, but she ain't comin' back. The only way she'll get back on a professional court is if Enrique is filming a music video there for his new album. Sadly, I doubt that's the case.
