Best AnswerDefinitely Amanda Bynes. I'm sure Lindsay Lohan was okay at one point, but now, with all her constant partying, I feel she's just turned into another partier. She's still an okay actress, but I LOVE Amanda Bynes. She's so hilarious and she does the physical comedy as well, and she seems so confident.

These girls are in 2 completely different categories.Amanda Bynes was a production of Nickelodeon,and Lohan was a production of Disney.Lindsay Lohan has an edge,is in the tabloids DAILY & has a very "glam" life. Amanda Bynes is low key,and frankly has made a lot LESS than Lindsay,so I think it's unfair to compare.... :) ?
